Terms and Conditions for Aamer Diamond (Paid Subscription)

1. Terms & Conditions
   1. Any individual (non-commercial) customer can join the Aamer Diamond tier in the Aamer Loyalty Program by purchasing a 12-month subscription.
   2. The subscription fee for the Aamer Diamond tier is 495 SAR in Saudi Arabia or 49 KWD in Kuwait, inclusive of VAT.
   3. Upon purchasing the subscription, the member will be granted Aamer Diamond membership status in their Abyat account and will enjoy all associated benefits for 12 months from the date of enrollment.
   4. When the subscription expires, the customer’s tier will be downgraded to Aamer Amber or Aamer Pearl, but any cashback balance earned during the Aamer Diamond subscription will remain. Cashback balances expire 12 months after their issuance. Once expired, they cannot be recovered or reused in any way.
   5. Aamer Diamond benefits cannot be combined with other promotional campaigns.
   6. During overlapping promotions, customers will receive benefits from the higher-value offer only. For example, if there’s a 20% cashback promotion, the customer will receive 20% cashback on furniture purchases (not 30%).
   7. Cashback cannot be earned on purchases of discounted items during promotional periods and special offers.
   8. The Aamer Program does not include commercial partners in Abyat showrooms, and customers cannot earn or redeem cashback on purchases made from commercial partners.
   9. Abyat reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any of these terms, conditions, or aspects of the Aamer Diamond membership at any time, with prior notice to the member.
2. Benefits
   1. 10% fixed cashback on all non-discounted.
   2. Cashback applies for purchases made from Abyat showrooms (excluding partners) and Abyat’s online store www.abyat.com, cashback is calculated on the net amount paid, excluding VAT and service fees.
   3. Customers can use their cashback balance to purchase any Abyat product, including discounted items.
3. Cancellation and Termination
   1. Subscribed members cannot cancel their Aamer Diamond membership or receive a refund.
   2. Abyat reserves the right to terminate a membership at its discretion and refund the subscription fee, provided the member has not violated the terms and conditions.
   3. The following violations may lead to termination of membership without refund:
      • Aamer Diamond is for individual, non-commercial customers only and must be used for personal purposes. Commercial use is prohibited.
      • Members may not share their membership details or benefits with others (e.g., family or friends).
4. Use of Personal Data
   1. Abyat may collect the following customer data for processing related to the Aamer Loyalty Program:
      • Customer name
      • Phone number
      • Email address
      • Physical address
   2. The collected data will be used to manage account ownership and verify identity.
   3. Customers may also opt to receive updates about Abyat’s products, services, and promotions via email, SMS, or WhatsApp, according to their preferences in their www.abyat.com account or Abyat mobile app.
   4. Customers may also receive messages related to their membership and account status.
   5. Addresses may be used for product and service delivery.
   6. Customers must provide accurate information and update it when changes occur to ensure proper communication and delivery.
   7. Abyat handles customer data with care, maintaining privacy and never selling, sharing, or renting customer data to third parties for any purpose.
5. Acknowledgment and Agreement
   1. Members are required to review these terms and conditions before joining.
   2. By completing the purchase of the Aamer Diamond subscription, members acknowledge and agree to all the terms and conditions stated above.
