Customers can request a return transportation service for online orders for free, scheduled within two (2) weeks from the return request, according to schedule.
Customers may return or exchange their purchases within fourteen (14) days from the receiving date; provided that the returned or exchanged products are in the original condition they were purchased in.
Customers are not entitled to return or exchange used, damaged & improperly stored products, or products that were prepared upon customer’s request, or products that were already installed at the customer’s site.
In case of returning purchases without replacing them with other products of the same or higher value; the remainder value can be refunded to the Customer using the same method it was purchased by (Cash / Credit Card / Bank Cheque). Purchases refunds that exceed the value of five thousand (5,000) SR will be returned to the customer by a Bank Cheque after Seven (7) working days from the date of requisition.
